At the National Guard Armory in Quincy, All American Demolitions was tasked with doing a complete renovation, in order to bring this depot up to the newly-defined ADA guidelines for such facilities. This was a full-bore refit: flooring and ceiling was removed, as were interior walls, windows, and doors. Over 20 thousand square feet of VCT/carpet was torn up and replaced. All of the locker room and shower facilities were gutted, and completely renovated.
More than 75% of this massive facility was torn back to the building’s original shell and then completely renovated. The store front was completely overhauled and renovated.
